1. ORDER & DELIVERY

Q: Will I receive a physical product? A: No. All products sold on rxesim are 100% digital. You will receive your product (license key, account details, or download link) directly via email. No physical package will be shipped to your address.

Q: How long does delivery take? A: We process orders manually to ensure the security and validity of our products.

  • Typical time: You will usually receive your order within 0 to 2 hours after payment.

  • Maximum time: In very rare cases (due to high demand or time zone differences), it may take up to 24 hours.

Q: I haven't received my email yet. What should I do? A: If 2 hours have passed and you haven't received your order:

  1. Please check your Spam/Junk folder.

  2. Verify that the email address you entered at checkout was correct.

  3. If you still cannot find it, please contact us immediately at sahanavci3303@gmail.com with your Order Number.


2. REFUNDS & ISSUES

Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and viewed/redeemed. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If the product you received is defective, invalid, or not working, we will issue a full refund or a replacement after verifying the issue.

  • Your Order Number.

  • A screenshot or photo of the error message you are receiving. We will resolve the issue or provide a replacement as soon as possible.

Q: Do I need to pay any shipping fees? A: No. Since our products are digital delivery, there are no shipping costs.
